Will the same cleaner come every time?
Yes. The same cleaner comes to your office every visit and learns your space and your standards. If they are ever sick, we tell you in advance who is covering.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. We work month to month and you can cancel anytime, with no fees or penalties.
Who has access to our keys?
Only your assigned cleaner. Our staff are background-checked, and if anyone covers a visit we tell you in advance.
What if I'm not happy with a cleaning?
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean that area for free.
Do you use eco-friendly products?
Yes. We use plant-based, non-toxic products with no harsh smells, safe for your team.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within 1 to 2 weeks. Rush cleans such as move-ins or urgent deep cleans are sometimes possible within 3 to 5 days.
Do you clean after hours?
Yes. We can clean before 7am or after 6pm so your team is never disturbed. Depending on frequency there may be a small surcharge.
